PEEK (polyetheretherketone) has rich morphological diversity, mainly including the following:

Particle morphology

  • Pure resin particle size:There are different viscosity types such as ultra-low viscosity, low viscosity, standard viscosity, and medium viscosity, mostly in beige color, which can be used for injection molding and other processing methods to manufacture various shapes of parts through mold forming.
  • Fiberglass reinforced grade:There are 20% and 30% fiberglass reinforced resin particles, available in ultra-low viscosity, low viscosity, medium viscosity, and other types. The color is beige, which enhances the strength and rigidity of the material and is commonly used in structural components that require high mechanical properties.
  • Carbon fiber reinforced grade:There are 20% and 30% carbon fiber reinforced resin particles, including medium viscosity, ultra-low viscosity, low viscosity and other types. The color is black, which improves the strength, stiffness and conductivity of the material, and is suitable for aerospace, automotive and other fields.

Powder form

  • Coarse powder grade:Pure resin powder with a particle size of 500 microns, available in low viscosity, medium viscosity, standard viscosity and other types, with a white color, can be used in powder metallurgy, coating and other processes to prepare coatings or components with special properties.
  • Ultra fine powder:Pure resin fine powder, particle size 50 microns, standard viscosity, white color, commonly used for preparing high-performance composite materials or for special processing techniques such as electrostatic spraying.
