PEEK material was initially mass-produced and promoted, applied in fields such as aviation precision equipment, and gradually spread to equipment manufacturing in various industries. There are not many manufacturers in the world that have the ability to independently prepare, and the production is limited. The application in European and American countries such as Europe and North America is relatively mature, and the price is relatively high. At present, there are mature PEEK material production lines in China, which have achieved the localization of PEEK materials. Imported PEEK materials are considered for import. Transportation and other costs are relatively high, while domestic production has a relative advantage in price due to localized production. At the same time, different manufacturers have differences in raw material performance, resulting in certain price fluctuations.
Although domestic PEEK materials started relatively late, with the increase in domestic PEEK usage, the technology of domestic PEEK raw materials is becoming increasingly sophisticated. The performance of raw materials, especially pure resins, is close to that of imported materials, and there may be room for improvement in the stability of different batches.
